Ignite DeepTech is built on the foundations of Microsoft for Startups (est. 2011) and Intel Ignite (est. 2019). Founded by Tzahi (Zack) Weisfeld, these highly successful corporate accelerators have profoundly impacted both companies’ corporate innovation strategies. In developing these programs, Weisfeld and his long-time collaborator Alon Leibovich (now managing director of Ignite DeepTech) created a widely replicated model for how multinational companies can collaborate with the startup ecosystem.

Aspecto, a DevOps company acquired by SmartBear; Atmosec, a SaaS automated security firm acquired by Check Point Software Technologies; Hasty, an AI platform for ML engineers acquired by CloudFactory; Revela, an AI and biological model company acquired by Oddity; Granulate, a workforce performance optimization company acquired by Intel; and Qwak, a platform that simplifies and automates the creation of tailored AI & ML solutions, acquired by JFrog.
